Booking, Payments & Cancellation Policies
Booking Policies:
Reservations and pre-payment are required for all classes. All regularly scheduled classes are listed on our Booking Page. All lessons must be paid in advance. Regular students attending a session must attend all classes, there are no refunds for missed classes. All prices are subject to change without prior notice due to equipment costs, and/or unforeseen economic circumstances. Late arrivals risk not being admitted to class and not offered a refund or rescheduling – plan travel accordingly!
Privates & On-Demand Classes:
Privates and on-demand classes are subject to coach availability. All requests for private sessions require a $25 deposit at the time of booking and full payment once confirmed. Should TLV be unable to fulfill your request the deposit is refundable, if you cancel or decide not to proceed with the requested booking when we confirm it the deposit is non-refundable.
Cancellation & No-Show Policy:Bungee, WoD, Flying Trapeze, Private Lessons:
Full payment due at the time of booking, 48h notice is required for cancellation and we reserve the right to retain a $25 cancellation fee for cancellations within 3-days of your reservation.
Cancellation under 48 hours or No-show – No Refund –
In the event of a cancellation by TLV, free rescheduling, credit for future lesson, or full refund will be offered as needed.
Session Classes Cancellation & No-Show Policy:
Regular students must attend all session classes. There are no refunds for no-shows. Absences notified in advance may apply 2 missed class credits to attend 1 flying trapeze class, must notify in advance.
Weather or TLV Cancellations will be rescheduled as needed without penalty to the student.
Please contact admin immediately if you have a contagious illness, and do not come to class. Weather or TLV Cancellations will be rescheduled as needed without penalty to the student.
Disclaimer: On rare occasions, inclement weather or other unforeseen conditions may require us to cancel or reschedule one of our outdoor sessions. Should we be faced with this type of situation on the day of the event, we will do our best to reschedule. If moving the event to another time is not feasible, we will offer a full refund or a credit towards a future class or booking. Determinations regarding if inclement weather will require us to suspend activities at the outdoor location will be made no sooner than 2 hours prior to the start time of the event.
Payment Methods Accepted:
Trapeze Las Vegas accepts all major credit cards for class bookings. A valid credit card is necessary. Cash payments may only be done in advance of a booking, in person, and by appointment. All lessons must be paid for 48h prior to the start time or at the time of booking if under 48h, large special events will require a 50% deposit at booking and full payment 1-week prior.
Please note: Totals $1000 or more paid via credit card have a 3% surcharge added.
