1-hour courses $250 for 10 weeks.
Half payment is due at sign-up, the remainder at the start of the second 5-weeks. Late enrollments please contact us for booking. A minimum of two ongoing students is needed to hold a class.
Tumbling class for ages 8-16. Currently open-level and accepting beginners, students will learn the basic fundamentals of tumbling as well as new skills relative to their ability and strength. Please call with the student’s experience and goals to ensure proper placement. Athletic clothing and sneakers are necessary for this course.

Dance 1 Kids
Youth students with little to no dance experience are welcome in this casual, free-form dance class. Students will learn the basics of dance fundamentals and how to move to the beat. Different styles of dance moves will be used as well as guiding students on counting, learning choreography, improvisation, and expression through dance. Appropriate for ages 8+. Athletic clothing and flexible soled shoes are necessary for this course.
The fundamentals of balancing on the hands is learned in this course. Progression through drills and techniques proceeds according to the student’s ability and with the use of blocks, platforms, and sometimes canes. Flexible students can learn to incorporate this into balancing as well. Some experience with handstands and balancing is necessary for this course, please inquire for full details.
This course focuses on learning the basic foundations of juggling with balls, rings, and clubs. Students of this class will begin with the basics of 3-ball juggling and progress through a variety of tricks and exercises to increase their control and library of tricks. Students will be taught self-work in the form of repetitions and exercises to grow their ability in practice outside of class. As students show the ability, progression to sequences, routines, working with music and themes as well as other types of equipment is possible. Rings, clubs, diabolo, object manipulation, and balancing will also be part of this course as students show aptitude and interest. Some proficiency with a 3-ball cascade is helpful but not necessary. Appropriate for ages 10+. Younger students and those with no 3-ball proficiency are possible, please call ahead. If a student has their own props they should bring them for class – advice on purchasing props is available.
